DHM Dining Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Collection and use of personal data If you become a Member of the DHM Dining Rewards program, you will need to provide Déliciae Hospitality Management Pte Ltd (“DHM”, “we”) certain personal information (including your name and contact details such as email address and phone number). You will need to provide us with your mobile number for us to identify you. Your mobile number and email address will be your username or unique identifier as a member of the DHM Dining Rewards program. Any personal data held by us about you will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Direct marketing By clicking on the ’SUBMIT’ button below, you agree that DHM, our affiliates, related entities, and third parties acting on behalf of DHM, may collect, use and disclose your personal data, for providing marketing material that you have agreed to receive, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy. Please note that marketing material may be sent directly by third-party affiliates, and we may disclose your personal data to them for that purpose.

3. DHM Dining Rewards Program Membership Tiers As a Member you will be required to provide your mobile number, among other information we may require from you, in order to take advantage of special promotions and discounts offered to Members. This may be required online or by our restaurant staff depending on the circumstances. Enthusiasts Members may sign up for the DHM Dining Rewards Program at no additional cost and will enjoy membership benefits as per the membership details stated by DHM. Connoisseurs Tier Members may sign up at S$88 to receive additional membership benefits, as per the membership details stated by DHM. Membership to the Insiders Tier is by invitation only at the sole discretion of DHM. Members should refer to the website and member’s portal for the latest privileges. Please note that DHM reserves the right to amend these privileges at any time. Renewals of the Member’s membership may have other promotions applicable, to be introduced by DHM from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.

4. Amending personal data and terminating membership You may amend your personal data or marketing preferences at any time via the members portal. You will need to inform us in writing at marketing@dhm.com.sg should you choose to terminate your membership. Please allow a few working days for changes to take effect. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made and/or early issuance of any unused e-vouchers at the point of termination. Alternatively, your membership will automatically expire upon non-renewal of membership, and all balance points and/or unused e-vouchers will be deemed forfeited.

5. Membership validity Membership is valid indefinitely and is strictly non-transferable and shall only be enjoyed by the Member in person, as per the personal details provided to DHM by the Member.

6. Earning and expiry of points 2000 points will be awarded for every S$50 spent at any participating DHM restaurants, excluding service charge, GST and e-vouchers. Member must be present and provide mobile number to the service staff in order to earn points. Earning of points must be made at the point of transaction. Requests on points accumulation for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained. The system may require up to one (01) working day to reflect the transactions, e-vouchers and points earned. Points accrued shall expire after one (1) year from the initial sign-up date and will otherwise be deemed forfeited unless they are used to redeem e-vouchers. Note: Transactions made via third party vendors are not eligible for earning of points.

7. Redemption of points Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) at the point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges. Member is required to sign off on the receipt to acknowledge the redemption(s) made. Point accrual is not eligible for Events, Private Rooms, Customised Menus, Privatisation, Event Menus, Outside Catering and special prices for groups.

8. Membership termination and cancellation We reserve the right to terminate the Member’s membership if the membership account is found to be shared with another non-Member. We are entitled at any time, in its absolute discretion without liability to you, to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate your right to use the membership, to refuse the renewal of the membership should any of the conditions and privileges be abused. In the event we terminate the membership program any unused point balance will be nullified yet all existing vouchers will be honoured to the best of our ability.

9. E-voucher’s Terms and Conditions Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn points and/or redeem membership privileges is strictly not allowed. Membership must be active at the point of redemption. E-vouchers must be redeemed at the restaurant stated on the e-voucher. We reserve all rights to amend any privilege or condition without prior notice.
